1.1. These Rules regulate the relationship between VDSok.guru (hereinafter referred to as the 'Provider') and the client (hereinafter referred to as the 'Client') regarding the provision of hosting services, VDS/VPS servers, and related services.
1.2. The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Russian Federation and countries where the servers are physically located.
1.3. By registering an account and using the Provider’s services, the Client confirms full agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1. The use of services for the following purposes is prohibited:
Distribution of malware, viruses, trojans, and other malicious software.
Sending spam, unauthorized advertising messages, and mass mailings.
Hosting prohibited content, including:
Pirated content and copyright infringement.
Pornographic materials, including child pornography.
Extremist materials and incitement to violence.
Fraudulent schemes and phishing websites.
Drugs and drug-related propaganda.
Weapons and explosives.
Attacks on other systems, DDoS attacks, or port scanning without permission.
Violation of the laws of the Russian Federation or international legislation.
Cryptocurrency mining.
Carding and fraudulent operations involving payment systems.
Hosting public VPN/Proxy servers (VPNs/Proxies that are sold and/or used by a large number of people). Personal VPN/Proxy servers for personal use are allowed.
Hosting exit nodes and relays for the Tor network.
3. Registration and Accounts
3.1. The Client must provide accurate information during registration. Required fields: email, name. Optional fields: 'Billing address', 'Phone number'.
3.2. Transferring account data or servers to third parties is done at your own risk. The Provider is not responsible for the actions of third parties who gained access to the Client’s account.
3.3. The Provider reserves the right to suspend services in case of suspected unauthorized access, rule violations, or fraudulent actions.
3.4. The Client must immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of their account.
4. Payment for Services
4.1. Services are provided on a prepaid basis for the selected billing period.
4.2. In case of non-payment within the established period, services may be suspended until the debt is settled.
4.3. The user may request a refund for the service if it is faulty due to the Provider's fault or if the service is not provided within 24 hours.
4.4. Refunds are issued to the user's payment details from which the payment was made.
4.5. Refunds and service replacements are possible only if the services themselves are faulty due to the Provider's fault. (If the user changed their mind, did not like the service, etc., refunds and replacements are not provided.)
4.6. Application review and refund processing are carried out within 72 hours from the moment the user contacts the hostings support.
4.7. A refund request can be filed within 72 hours after the service delivery deadline expires.
4.8. When paying with cryptocurrency, refunds are issued in the equivalent amount in USD at the time of refund.
4.9. The Provider reserves the right to change rates and payment terms with a 14-day notice to Clients.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. The Client is fully responsible for the content hosted on their servers and any activities performed using the Provider’s services.
5.2. The Provider is not responsible for losses caused by the Client’s actions. In case of losses, VDSok.guru has the right to request compensation.
5.3. The Provider reserves the right to suspend services in case of rule violations without prior notice.
5.4. The Client agrees to compensate the Provider for any losses incurred as a result of violating this Agreement.
6. Technical Aspects
6.1. The Client is responsible for creating backups of their data. The Provider is not responsible for the Client’s data loss.
6.2. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, actions of government authorities, or upstream provider failures.
6.3. Technical support is provided through the ticket system and Telegram.
6.4. Technical support only addresses server unavailability and infrastructure issues. Server configuration and additional administration are available for an extra fee. Within standard support, specialists can only assist with server access.
6.5. The Client must comply with the resource limits specified in the tariff plan. Exceeding limits may result in service suspension.
7. Fair Use Policy
7.1. The Client must use the network channel for its intended purpose and in accordance with the terms of service provision.
7.2. Continuous (24/7) use of maximum channel bandwidth is prohibited, as it may negatively affect the quality of services for other clients.
7.3. In case of continuous (24/7) network channel load, the Provider has the right to block the service with the possibility of refund for the unused period.
7.4. The Provider reserves the right to determine what constitutes abuse of network resources and take appropriate measures.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1. The Provider undertakes not to disclose the Client’s personal data to third parties, except as required by law.
8.2. Upon receiving official requests from law enforcement agencies, the Provider shall provide the necessary information in accordance with the law.
8.3. The Client consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Provider reserves the right to modify these Rules without prior notice. The current version of the Rules is always available at https://vdsok.guru/agreement.
9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
9.3. The Rules come into force upon publication on the website https://vdsok.guru/agreement.
9.4. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
9.5. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
